Contact: info@pagebase.ai.
The Terms of Service are available at pagebase.ai/terms/.

If you use AI-assisted features, content you submit may be processed to perform that feature.
4. Google and Apple sign-in
If you sign in with Google, we may receive identifiers, email and basic profile data that Google discloses according to your choice.
If you use Sign in with Apple, we may receive an Apple user identifier and the email you choose to share. If you use Apple’s Hide My Email, we receive a relay address from Apple, not your real address.
We do not control how Google or Apple process data in their own services. See their privacy policies.
5. Payments via Stripe and Apple
PageBase AB provides payment. Web purchases go through Stripe and iOS purchases through Apple, on behalf of PageBase AB. Stripe and Apple act as independent controllers or processors under their own terms. We receive purchase confirmation, subscription status and transaction references so we can activate the Service.
Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple. PageBase AB remains the seller of the Service.
6. Recipients and transfers
Data may be shared with suppliers needed to run the Service, for example:
- Stripe (web payments)
- Apple (sign-in and App Store purchases)
- Google (sign-in and optional add-ons such as Drive or Search Console)
- Registrar partner (OpenSRS/Tucows) for domain registration
- Email providers (e.g. Mailgun and SMTP) for sending mail
- Hosting and operations partners
Some suppliers may process data outside the EU/EEA, including in the United States. Such transfers use a lawful mechanism, such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards where required.
Domain data may be disclosed to the relevant registry according to the rules for the chosen TLD.
We do not sell personal data.
7. Retention
Account and website data are kept while the account is active and for a short period afterwards for closure and backups, unless longer retention is required. Accounting records are kept as required by Swedish bookkeeping law (normally seven years). Logs are kept as needed for security and operations. Domain registration data follows registry and registrar requirements.
8. Your rights
Under the GDPR you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and, in some cases, data portability. You may also withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. Rights may be limited by law, for example bookkeeping rules.
Contact info@pagebase.ai. You may lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).
9. Cookies
We use necessary cookies and similar technology for sign-in, session, security and basic function. These are required for the Service to work. If we later use cookies for statistics or marketing, we will inform you and obtain consent where the law requires it.
10. Incidents and changes
If a personal data breach poses a risk to your rights, we follow GDPR notification requirements. We may update this policy. The current version is published on this page with a date.
